  I took a printer in for repair with a small problem with the page feeder. When I took the printer in the chap in front of me with a laptop was given excellent service with promises of phone calls and quick turn around. When it came to taking my details I was told to call next week and my telephone number was only taken when I pointed out that they hadn't got it.
  
  I called on a few occaisions and was told that the person I needed to speak to wasn't available but a message would be passed to him. No return call was received. This happened on multiple occaisions so I then visited in person. Again the person I needed to see wasn't in but my printer "was on his workbench right that moment". I had to point out that is was on the floor next to me in the same damaged box I delivered it in.
  
  I made several more calls but never received the promised return call.
  
  Finally my partner contacted them directly about posting the printer back to him - at his cost. He was promised a call back in half an hour with the postage cost. Several hours later he called back to remind them they were supposed to be calling him. He was told the chap he needed to speak to was at the Post Office at that very moment getting a price for the parcel. He would call my partner the next morning.
  
  A day later with no return phone call received, my partner called them again and they said the printer was packaged and ready to post, but they didn't have the postage price yet. The guy who was dealing with it would call back with the postage price (again).
  
  No phone call was received so I went in again several days later. The printer was in the original, open and damaged box and not ready to post. I was, however, assured it was all fixed but just needed a new printer cartridge. There was no additional cost for the repair.
  
  On first use the printer behaved in exactly the same manner as previously: the page got stuck and the same error message was received. I sent an email on the 14th April expressing my displeasure at the general service and that after all we went through the printer wasn't even fixed. I requested a refund of the original deposit. I have heard nothing to date.
  
  The service is poor, I see no "commitment to quality service" as they claim on the website and the lack of honestly smacks of cowardice.
